Today is May 16 2016, and a very special day at that. 4 years ago the greatest person I have ever met went from being my co-worker to my sweetheart. Then 2 years ago from today that sweetheart became my husband!

Everyone said their husband/wife is their best friend and its true! I tell him everything, he’s the first person I go to when I’m felling down, we comfort each other, cherished all of our adventures together, we’re constantly learning new things together, and it goes on from there. From our first date, I felt completely comfortable around him. It almost felt like we were friends long before we met. With our occasional ups and downs, we know our love is very special to us, and we wouldn’t want to let it go.

This year we spent our 2nd year anniversary at the Afternoon Tea in The Grand America Hotel. It was held in their Lounge Room right by the entrance of the hotel. As you walk in you can hear beautiful music played by the harpist. They sat us down, facing the courtyard all ready for us for afternoon tea. It was a venture we never experienced before and it was darling.
